Despite persistent office market difficulties, U.S. commercial property pricing fell less in April, owing to gains in the industrial sector. The industrial sector was the only one to report positive yearly growth, with prices rising for the 12th month in a row.
Meanwhile, CBD office values fell the most dramatically. Apartment prices declined, but the rate of reduction has been slowing for eight months, and the retail sector index also fell, but at a slower rate.
