A Reserve Study or Reserve Analysis is similar to a PCA and CNA and is guided by the APRA Standards. To forecast budgeting and maintain property value, several states require and advise homeowners associations (HOA's) and apartment communities to perform regular capital reserve studies, with rotating inspections.
