How To Inspect Commercial Kitchens

This class will teach student how to navigate inspecting commercial kitchens found in food service establishments, including its common components, unique components that differ from other commercial areas, how to inspect them safely, and what to include and exlcude from your inspections. We will cover different approaches and on-site protocols, construction, and defects, and use a handy do-it-all checklist.
