On a recent property condition assessment (PCA) in Raleigh, NC, we found an interesting interplay between the roof leak and the roof structure.
The gaps in the corrugated steel panels had allowed moisture to corrode the roof structure. We recommended a remove and replace service and investigation into the roof structure.
