When Additions Become Subtractions

On a property condition assessment in Durham, NC, we found this odd roofline.

The second roof had been placed over (or under) the previous one, and now each ran towards the other. Obviously, this was a leak waiting to happen.

We follow ASTM E2018-15 and the CCPIA Commercial SOP on every inspection.
