What is a Property Improvement Plan?

Hotels are for renovating

When a hotel owner is ready to renovate his property, he commissions a PIP, or property improvement plan, to bring his hotel back to brand compliance standards. Due every 6-10 years, PIPs are a regular protocol in hotel maintenance.

Once the PIP is completed and delivered, owners work out an improvement schedule with their brand manager.
