Loading Docks

Loading docks are the weird back door of commercial spaces - sometimes they're there, sometimes you don't think they're there, and sometimes you expect them and they're not there.

Opening loading dock doors can be tricky, too. If the docks lack an automatic opener and/or the building is vacant, opening them can present liabilities.

Still, our standards dictate that we inspect their condition and direct repairs.
